Reporting to the Head of Property Management and Growth, this full-time Business Development Manager (BDM) - Property Management role atTorres Property, a highly affluent Agency in Coorparoo,Brisbane, offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading real estate and property management firm.
In this position, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of the company's property management division.
About the Role:
This isn't a desk job.
It's aprospecting and deal-closing machine role.
You'll:
Source, attract, and close new landlords and property investors
Conduct property appraisals, presentations, and follow-ups
Build strong referral relationships with local professionals
Work closely with our Head of Growth to dominate the local market
What You'll Be Measured On:
Weekly new landlord leads
Appraisals conducted
Signed managements
Referral partnerships built
Contribution to "Operation 50" mission before Xmas
Who You Are:
You live for the chase and thrive on hitting targets
You're well-spoken, personable, and can close deals like a pro
You're proactive, self-driven, and allergic to mediocrity
CRM-savvy, social media literate, and love networking
