About This Opportunity
  • We seek an experienced professional to join our Real Estate and Development team in Brisbane.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to work with lawyers across all of our offices, advising clients on complex and interesting transactions in the market.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a Real Estate team within a reputable law firm, with expertise in acquisition, development, and sale of real estate assets. They will be able to effectively manage matters autonomously and as part of a team, and participate in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on significant commercial development, urban renewal, and infrastructure projects.
  • Acquire and dispose of assets, including commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and hotels.
  • Manage leasing and lease negotiation, as well as real estate aspects of M&A transactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Real Estate team within a reputable law firm.
  • Expertise in acquisition, development, and sale of real estate assets.
  • Able to effectively manage matters autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Participation in business development activities.
