**About this opportunity**:
Our team is growing and we are looking for a Service Delivery Assistant to our NSW Team. We are looking for a 'Can do' person who enjoys working in a fast paced and energetic environment. You will be providing operational support to the Service Operations Manager and service teams.

6 month FTC.

**You will be involved with**:

- Review and follow up technician time sheets
- Assisting with AR dispute resolutions
- Converting quoted work orders
- Assisting with reports and quotes
- Assistance with ERP system
- Generating and distributing POs
- Support of admin duties such as answer phone calls, ordering SGA items and general office needs

**We are looking for**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
