**About The Role**

Due to an exciting internal move, we are now searching for a People Operations Lead to further evolve our People Operations operating model and shape a forward-thinking workplace culture that reflects the excitement and dynamism of the Web3 gaming space. The 0 to 1 build has been done, which means this is an opportunity to take a customer-centric approach and bring the function to the next level of integration, automation, and service quality

**You'll Be Empowered To**:

- Oversee and optimise HR systems and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of our organisation
- Coach and manage our wonderful HR Administrator
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to optimise services
- Own the relationship between Immutable and our employer of record, Deel
- Craft (in collaboration with People Partners and other COEs) and uphold HR policies and standards, ensuring consistency and fairness
- Handle ER cases with discretion and adherence to legal requirements (including working closely with internal Legal and conduit to external partners relating to country of employment)
- Own and manage the relationship with Immutable's ER and immigration lawyers
- Drive continuous improvement by streamlining HR processes and implementing automation, standardisation, and self-service
- Manage and oversee the People Operations Desk ticketing system and reporting requests, ensuring timely resolution and accuracy

**We'd Love You To Bring**:

- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Management experience
- Experience in high-growth, high-velocity environments (ability to learn, upskill, and iterate quickly)
- A strong understanding of Australian employment law (NZ, Singapore, and US employment law are a bonus)
- High detail orientation and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly shift priorities to manage day-to-day while setting and meeting strict deadlines and budgets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
