About The Role

Bakers Delight Figtree is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bakers Assistant to join our team. This is a casual position based in our bakery located in Figtree, NSW 2525. As a Bakers Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our bakers in the production of high-quality baked goods.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting bakers with the preparation, mixing, and shaping of dough
  • Monitoring and maintaining production equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Packaging and labelling baked products to meet customer and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in accordance with food safety standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and assisting with other duties as required

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment, preferably as a Bakers Assistant
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and production processes accurately
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • A keen interest in baking and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
