We are seeking a Data Insights Practice Lead for our Victorian office to lead our Data Insight practice. This is your opportunity to join, and grow the next chapter here at NTT Victoria, working closely with your peers and local NTT team, connect our partner ecosystem, and inspire those around you to deliver great things. You'll head up our high performing and diverse Data Insight team in Victoria, build on our solid pipeline and expand on our delivery success here in Victoria.

The Data Insight practice is about assisting our customers gain actionable insights through analytics, business intelligence and data visualisation. This will be a partial billable role with a focus on building and leading a practice.

**Your day at NTT**
- Lead and grow the Data Insights Practice by supporting presales, commercial activities, pipeline management and expansion
- Build and nurture, robust relationships with internal team members as well as client stakeholders at all levels
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer CXOs in their data journey
- Collaborate with other practice leads to develop and evolve a unique point of view related to the Data Insights practice aligned to the market and emerging trends
- Develop and evolve Go-to-market plans and innovative service offerings in line with emerging trends
- Own and ensure successful outcomes of the projects within the data insights practice
- Build alliances and partnerships with relevant data insights tooling vendors
- Administrate the health and hygiene of your practice via:

- Recruitment
- Resourcing
- Succession planning
- Staff career management, training and development plans
- Contribute to creation and harvesting of Intellectual Property and project deliverable

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Demonstrable experience in managing and growing a similar type of data practice
- Experience in pre-sales activities such as leading creation of proposals, RFx responses, SOWs and sales presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities in existing accounts
- Understand capabilities end to end across a data platform from ingestion to visualization
- Deep experience in working in visualisation tools, such as Power BI and Tableau, to deliver insights into the business
- Strong solutioning focus with an understanding of how data can be applied to resolve business problems
- A thorough understanding of the modern data and analytics ecosystem

**Desirable**
- Relevant certifications (particularly in Power BI).
- An understanding of design methodologies such as human centered design
- Consultancy experience
