The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of commercial and residential projects within the SEQ region. Working closely with the Construction Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
You will be an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong commercial construction background. Safety-focused, organised, and able to lead teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead site-based activities across commercial and residential projectsSupervise subcontractors, trades, and internal teams to drive project outcomesAssist in project planning, programming, and deliveryPrepare and review tenders, quotations, trade packages, and construction programsProvide accurate estimations and contribute to cost controlConduct site inspections and manage compliance with building standardsOversee WHS practices, including audits, inspections, and plant checksEnsure risk assessments and safe work method statements are in placeChampion a culture of safety, quality, and accountability on site
Requirements
Construction trade backgroundCurrent WHS General Safety Induction Card (White Card)Proven supervisory experience on commercial projectsStrong knowledge of construction methodologies and compliance standardsProficiency with Microsoft Project or similar softwareFormal trade or construction qualificationsStrong computer and reporting skills
Play a key role in delivering high-value commercial and residential projects with the support of a respected capital works team, and potential to extend beyond the initial contract.
