This requires strong, professional individuals who can provide excellent customer service and support.Key ResponsibilitiesThe real key to success in this role will be to maintain existing accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities.
The challenge will be understanding the relationship between our products and customer needs, adding genuine value to their business.Ongoing process and product awareness, as well as technical growth within your target industries, will require qualities such as:Enthusiasm and energyLogical thinking and driveThe ability to work independently and as a team playerPreferred QualificationsThe ideal applicant will have:A technical qualification or relevant Account Management experience in process filtration and/or the food and beverage industryExcellent communication and client relationship skillsA successful track record in technical sales or supportExperience in process filtration, process engineering, or food technology (preferred but not essential)Selection CriteriaA valid driver's licenseStrong understanding of Sales and Account ManagementProblem-solving abilitiesGood negotiation and influencing skillsAbility to adapt to company dynamics and provide excellent customer serviceAbility to work autonomouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding time managementIntermediate to advanced computer skillsLocation & Work SetupThis role is based in Melbourne (Oakleigh) with regional and interstate travel as required.
