
Regional Account Development Manager

Our Sales team is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our ranks.
This exciting role will see you working closely with customers across Victoria to drive sales growth, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts in Victoria, developing and implementing regional business plans to drive sales growth.
- Support colleagues in the food and beverage industry, exploring new growth opportunities and feasibility analysis of new product lines.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of BHF's products and industries, particularly water, dairy, non-alcoholic beverages, wine, and brewing.
- Maintain sales action plans with a strong customer-facing focus, building relationships with decision-makers and operational personnel.
- Identify new services and growth opportunities for BHF locally and internationally.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales projections, ensuring strong communication with management and colleagues.
- Increase customer satisfaction through regular visits and enhanced service, maintaining records of expenses and company materials.
- Adhere to BHF's Quality Management System.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A technical qualification or relevant experience in process filtration and/or the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with a successful track record in technical sales or support.
- Problem-solving abilities, negotiation and influencing skills, and ability to adapt to company dynamics and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work autonomously, with outstanding time management and intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Location and Work Setup:
- This role is based in Melbourne (Oakleigh) with regional and interstate travel as required.
- Expect a combination of time on the road visiting customers, office-based work, and occasional home office working.
