**About The Company**
Currently looking for a Client Service Officer to be part of a great opportunity to join a large NSW government organisation that protects, promotes and supports the rights and wishes of the NSW community located in Parramatta on a 3 month contract.
**About the Role**
- Deliver high quality, consistent, empathetic and timely services to clients that are consistent with NSWTG's customer excellence principles.
- Ensure a coordinated approach to client matters by working closely with team members.
- Actively listen to the concerns and enquiries of clients and stakeholders and work to resolve issues across the different business streams.
- Updating date accurately to cases
- Processing, assessing and approving claims
- Manage sensitive client information
- Following legislation, policies and procedures.
- collect and apportioning assets, paying claims, preparing distributions, and issuing closing statements of receipts and disbursements.
