**The Opportunity**

Be the training maestro for our team, shaping the minds of early childhood educators and making a difference in the lives of little ones.

As our **Training Officer**, you're not just a cog in the machine; you're the heartbeat of our educational ecosystem. You'll be the brains behind our compliance and operational best practice training, making sure everyone's up to speed and shining bright in what they do.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the charge in implementing and delivering top-notch training activities, aligning with our L&D Framework.
- Manage and deliver our training program, ensuring it hits the mark with both online and in-person modules.
- Keep us on the straight and narrow with compliance training across the UEL portfolio - you're the superhero of mandatory training
- Be the mastermind behind sourcing and creating resources that make our training program the envy of the early learning world.
- Be the eyes and ears on the ground, reporting on training success and suggesting improvements.

**About You**

You're someone with operational and regulatory knowledge of the early learning industry. You're across the National Quality Framework, child protection legislation, and all the nitty-gritty that makes early learning tick. And hey, you're not just about the theory - you've got hands-on experience in the best practices of early learning delivery.

The following qualifications are must-haves for this role:

- Adult Learning or Human Resources (Learning & Development) Tertiary qualification
- ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain)
