**The Role**
In this role you will support the Training business with the execution of administration functions to ensure the smooth and efficient running of on-site training. If you're seeking a fast-paced, quickly evolving role with plenty of progression opportunities, this is the role for you. This is a part-time role (0.5FTE) role and will be based in our Riverview office.

**The day to day**
You can anticipate plenty of opportunities to learn and progress with your day to day involving:

- Printing/preparing course/exam materials
- Organizing catering
- Booking couriers
- Preparing training rooms
- Loading/Unloading training equipment
- Equipment stock take
- Take customer enquiries
- General store person duties (occasional)
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Assist in training course improvements (updates to course material)
- Organizing equipment calibrations and maintenance

Forming part of a skilled and high-performing team, you will have the support of a progressive and experienced management team and be exposed to a variety of interesting and challenging work environments. **The essentials**
We are seeking a motivated individual who will ideally possess the following:

- Police clearance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects safely - There will be a requirement for manual handling and the possibility of lifting objects up to 30kg.
