Job Description:
As a Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization operates within the bounds of legal and regulatory guidelines. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs.
- Conducting regular audits to identify compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations and ensuring our policies and procedures align with them.
- Providing compliance training to staff to promote a culture of ethical conduct.
- Investigating any potential compliance violations and implementing appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Collaborating with management to establish and enforce compliance policies.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and ethical mindset.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
