**The Role**:

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the People and Performance Area Manager is a key leadership role overseeing and leading the operational HR teams that are responsible for providing HR advice, guidance and support to the business. This includes transactional HR support, business partnering and employee relations.

You will be an experienced Human Resources Leader with excellent communication, is effective at building relationships across all levels of business and will drive behaviours and culture to align with the company's purpose, values, and objectives.

**Responsibilities;**

- Build a high performing, commercially and customer focused culture
- Organisational Development and Talent Management
- Employee Relations; grievances, investigations, dispute resolution
- Business partnering, including understanding and delivering HR solutions and strategic initiatives
- Efficiently implement standardised frameworks and tools as designed by the Areas of Expertise (such as leader dashboards, talent management processes and remuneration frameworks)
- Provide advice to the business on all aspects of leading and developing their teams in order to achieve high levels of personal and team performance
- Contribute to an inclusive, effective, and safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Commerce or Behaviour Science
- Extensive experience delivering a broad generalist HR portfolio, with experience in multiple HR specialties
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing HR practitioners at all levels
- Evidence of proactively designing and delivering effective, pragmatic HR solutions for different business requirement
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience with a commercial approach to deliver ER solutions that support business outcomes
