Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service?

Veterinary Referral Hospital Dandenong is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-time Client Services Representative for a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract

Starting September 1st 2025, the successful candidate will be critical in ensuring our clients receive outstanding customer service. You will be dedicated, conscientious, with a genuine love for animals and effective in your written and verbal communication with clients and other hospital staff.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Greeting and assisting clients both in person and over the phone
  • Handling appointments, inquiries, and client communications
  • Managing client records and paperwork accurately
  • Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and hospital policies
  • Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Processing client payments and maintain financial records
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Assisting in administrative tasks as needed
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings is essential to accommodate our clients' needs

Role Requirements
  • Proven experience in a client services role, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting
  • Passion for animals and dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, calm and empathetic
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
