An exciting and rewarding career opportunity for a driven and highly motivated Human Resources Administrator to take their career to the next level in a leading global law firm.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager and as a key member of the HR Team, your key areas of responsibility will cover:
- On-Boarding and Off-Boarding (paperwork, system set up, facilitating inductions)
- General Administration (e.g. HRIS, filing, coordinating staff movements such as secondments, transfers etc., diarising key dates, preparing employment-related letters and coordinating practice certificate renewals)
You will also be highly organised and have the proven ability to effectively manage projects and deliver outcomes in a timely manner. Well-developed writing skills, exceptional attention to detail and advanced MS Office skills are also critical to the success of this role.
