
Administration Team Leader

**About the role | 12 month fixed term contract**
The Contact Centre Administration Team Leader is responsible for maintaining operational excellence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. This newly created position will lead a high preforming team. You will co-ordinate, monitor and support continuous improvement of administration processes, procedures and systems to provide effective and timely service to internal and external customers.

- A hands on leader that's proactively looking for ways to support and increase your team's capabilities
- Sound knowledge of the applicable regulations and legislation under the Financial Services Industry Customer Owned Banking Code of Practice (COBCOP)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on achieving the best outcome for the customer
- Ability to plan and organize workflows including the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- High attention to detail and data reporting capabilities
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- Certificate IV or equivalent in a relevant field such as Finance or Business Management (desirable)
**What would be your key responsibilities?**
We are seeking a customer centric individual to lead and manage the Administration functions of Greater Bank's Contact Centre based in Cameron Park.
Reporting to the Customer Relations & Administration Manager, you will:
- Support business transformation and change initiatives in line with strategic priorities
- Coordinate, monitor and provide guidance to facilitate the learnings and incidents from the wider team to improve processes and procedures
- Manage and support the administration processes and procedures to ensure efficient services are provided and in line with regulatory requirements
- Take action to ensure appropriate due-diligence and risk management
- Provide effective, efficient and timely resolution to meet our customer needs and prevent repetition of similar events
- Provide quality coaching, mentoring and training of team members and track team performance against goals.
