**Seeking an ICT Support Officer**

Lutheran Services is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused ICT Support Officer to join our team in a **_Full-Time Role_**, based at the **_Support Centre in Milton_**_._

**About the Role**:
In this role, you will provide essential IT support to our staff and stakeholders, ensuring smooth system operations by handling Level 1 and some Level 2 support requests. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, escalate complex problems when needed, and deliver outstanding customer service. We're looking for someone with a passion for IT, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in technical support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues within IT service management frameworks. Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach are key to success in this role.

**About You**:

- Relevant IT industry experience and/or qualifications
- Proficiency in **Windows SOE, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Citrix**:

- Strong troubleshooting skills for end-user devices and hardware
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with any of the following is a desirable or plus: Microsoft Exchange, Server Virtualisation, Group Policy, Intune, or Citrix infrastructure.
