**APS5 Case Manager**

**Location**: Canberra or Brisbane (Hybrid - Minimum 1 day in office)
**Start Date**: 31 March 2025

**End Date**: 30 June 2026 (Possible 12-month extension)
**Hourly Rate**: $60 - $65 + 11.5% super (increasing to 12% from 23 June 2025)
**Full-time**: 37.5 hours per week
**Eligibility**: Australian Citizenship required | Police Check required

As an **APS5 Case Manager**, you'll support participants in a program, helping them navigate their obligations while ensuring compliance with legislation and policy. You'll play a key role in maintaining data integrity and providing case management tailored to individual circumstances.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Case Management**: Work with program participants to ensure smooth compliance with the program's requirements.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, responding to their needs and expectations.
- **Communication & Reporting**: Draft briefs, reports, correspondence, and other key documents.
- **Process Improvement**: Monitor workflows, identify efficiencies, and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
