We have an exciting opportunity to develop a rewarding career** **as a **Customer Experience Specialist/Used Vehicle Sales Consultant** at** Melville Volkswagen and Melville LDV. **We are seeking someone who can bring to life the "Love that Experience" culture and makes the whole customer experience an unforgettable one.

***You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and educational experience for our customers, assisting with appointments and walk-in enquiries, selling value adding services, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

**The Role**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering product knowledge and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, consistently striving for excellence in sales performance.

**YOU**:

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Highly personable with a helpful and bright phone manner
- Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work dealership hours, late night trading on Wednesday evenings and half day Saturday
- Full WA drivers licence is required
- ** Previous experience in Customer Service or as a Sales Consultant is highly regarded**
