**THE POSITION**

RATIONALE is delighted to share an opportunity for a passionate Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our growing
Compliance Team.

**YOUR DAY TO DAY**

Working in our state-of-the-art Laboratory, you will be responsible for executing the QC testing for all raw materials,
pre-production samples and finished product. The routine testing that you'll complete will ensure quality
benchmarks are met, and an ongoing adherence to regulations and industry standards. You will conduct risk
assessments and provide corrective action solutions as required, and support the Production and Research Teams
with quality issues as they arise. This role will also see you updating and maintain all Quality documentation and
complying with established quality and safety procedures and policies.***

**THE PERFECT PROFILE**

You are a positive and energetic QC Technician, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- In this role, we are looking for a positive self-starter who is methodical, analytical and driven to achieve

outcomes and find solutions. In addition, you will need:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Science
- Previous experience in a similar QC role, preferably within a cosmeceutical environment
- A strong understanding and experience in method and process validation
- A working knowledge of GLP, GMP and TGA requirements
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with a very high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach to driving improvements and sourcing solutions
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of an integrated team, maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment
