Network Development Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth through strategic networking and relationship building in the NDIS and Allied Health sectors.

This involves establishing and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering collaboration within the team to achieve organisational goals.

  • Developing effective strategies for consistent referral generation;
  • Maintaining positive client and stakeholder relationships through conflict resolution and tailored service delivery;
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve organisational objectives and meet performance targets;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving business growth through strategic networking;
  • Establishing and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders, including large referrers;
  • Managing conflicts and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with major referrers;
  • Working independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organisational goals;
  • Developing and implementing solutions to prevent conflict and ensure successful relationships;

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Networking and relationship management experience, preferably in the NDIS, disability, or healthcare sectors;
  • Results-oriented and results-driven individual with a proven track record of generating referrals through networking and relationship building;
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills to find clear solutions to conflict;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management experience;
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple referral relationships simultaneously;
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management or business development;

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Postgraduate degree in a relevant field;
  2. Experience working with vulnerable populations;
  3. Understanding of disability support services and policies;
