Our client is on the look out for a Service Now Product Owner to help take their business to a new level. This is one of the best Product Owner roles available - there is so much opportunity here.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes ITIL and more important Service Now. Its such a key part of the operations and growth going forward.

**In this role you will be**:

- Responsible for the product lifecycle of the platform
- Engaging with business and tech stakeholders with all things Service Now
- Directly managing a team of dedicated developers and growing out the Service Now team
- Working closely with consultants and Service Now to help open up additional modules for the business
- People manage the current team, and grow your team out to ensure delivery to the business

**To be successful you will need**:

- Previous experience as a product owner or product manager
- Intimate knowledge of the Service Now platform
- Ability to communicate with technical and non technical members
- Help project manage/implement new changes across the business with the wider team.
- Experience managing a team of people
- Strong understanding of ITIL (certification is a advantage)

The team do come in 3 days a week to the office, and as a leader you would be required to be there to support your team as needed. There are lots of staff benefits, however the greatest opportunity here is that the person who is successful in this position will really be owning the platform.
With a view to add so many more modules across the business there is just so much to implement and develop out.

You do need to have Australian Working Rights, salary will be offered based on experience.
