About the Role
Prepare and /or implement individual or group treatment programs for patients with complex conditions under the supervision and direction of the therapists and report on patient performance as required.
Frequently use negotiation and conflict management skills to advocate with stakeholders for resources to provide high level allied health assistant services.
Undertake day to day workload management of the therapy assistants to accommodate planned and unplanned leave and changing requirements of clinicians to ensure the delivery of a quality service.
Report any adverse circumstances with respect to facilities, equipment and people safety and implement remedial action as directed.
