Event Operations Manager Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting operational goals.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the events team to achieve outstanding results through effective management and coordination.
Maximize revenue by promoting venue services and property offerings.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients throughout event planning and delivery.
Efficiently manage complimentary events, controlling costs while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee end-to-end execution of large events, coordinating with suppliers, venue managers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in event management, preferably in the hospitality industry (3-4 years management experience).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Relevant qualification in Event Management or related field advantageous.
