**As a** **Home and Garden Maintenance Worker***

You will be providing quality service to our customers with gardening and maintenance services within their homes in the Perth North and Perth South areas.

Services include:

- Replacing light bulbs
- Installing batteries in smoke and security alarms
- Cleaning windows and fans
- Cleaning gutters
- High indoor cleaning, such as the tops of cupboards and fridges
- Pruning, lawn mowing and weeding
- Minor home maintenance (where a tradesman is not required)

Will have the following skills and experience:

- Horticulture, garden maintenance experience
- Knowledge of garden and lawn care
- Knowledge of gardening machinery
- Mulching
- Soft landscaping
- Irrigation repair and maintenance
- General home maintenance experience

You will also have:

- Current national Police Clearance (obtained within last six months)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current certification in Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) and Provide CPR (HLTAID009)
- Evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
- Full Driver's Licence (WA or International)
- A reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration.
