Gardening & Home Maintenance Support Worker Role

About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Gardening & Home Maintenance Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing gardening and home maintenance services to clients in their homes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide gardening and home maintenance services to clients in their homes;
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve client goals and outcomes;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required;
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge;


Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in gardening and/or home maintenance;
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable populations (e.g. seniors, people with disabilities);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical ability to perform gardening and home maintenance tasks;
