**Accounts Assistant for a Luxury Cruise Line Firm in Sydney**

**About Our Client**:
1) Our client is a French-owned global luxury cruise line that is known for its luxurious, elegant, opulent and intimate cruise journeys.

2) Our client's business is far-reaching as it covers many destinations in the Americas, Africa, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and also polar expeditions to the Antarctic circle.

3) Albeit being a cruise line, our client is known to make the journey and the fleet operations very sustainable, in line with global consciousness.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Chief Accountant, some of the major tasks include:
1) Bank and credit cards reconciliation

2) Expense claims and payments processing

3) PO raising

4) General accounts receivable/payable duties

5) Assisting in month end and year-end accounting processes

6) Other accounting-related tasks as required

**About You**:
1) Has completed a Bachelor Degree / Masters in Accounting, or a relevant field

2) Solid experience in accounting fundamentals such as reconciliation and AP/AR

3) Ideally has an experience with internal accounting tools e.g. Netsuite.

4) Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel

5) A can-do attitude, with an ability to learn and adapt quickly

6) Good communication skills
