VE&T hold the license to sell Improve Veterinary Education programs, throughout Australasia, bringing Europe and UKs largest veterinary continuing education provider to vets and nurses in our region.

In this new role we are looking for a versatile Business Administration Coordinator to join our dedicated team and help assist in Veterinary Education & Trainings administration across all key areas (finance, program and operations)

**About the Role**
We are looking at starting this role in a part-time capacity (15-20 hours per week across Tuesday-Friday), with scope for increasing hours as the business grows and as the right person 'owns' this role. The hours would be worked across 4 days a week in our Springwood based office (with 1 day per week WFH after the initial training period). Our current team primarily work school hours so we are looking for someone for a later morning start (e.g. 11am).

Reporting to the Director of Operations & Business Development Manager, this newly created role will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

- Responding to written and verbal enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordination of travel arrangement and event registrations
- Publish and categorise company invoices, receipts and expense reports in Dext
- Monitor payment plan schedules (confirming payments, following up late payments and updating spreadsheets accordingly)
- Work with veterinary specialists and tutors to help the successful delivery of workshops

**Technical Skills & Experience**:

- Certificate IV in Business (Administration) or 2 years experience in an Office Administration role
- A self-starter with the desire to take ownership of the role, outcome focused, and work autonomously in an efficient manner
- Substantive experience in front-line customer service, in-person and via phone
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work closely with the management team and team members
- A collaborative approach to problem solving, communicating, and working within a rostering platform quickly
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellence in creating a memorable, warm, and professional atmosphere for clients and team members
