**ICT Logistics Support Officer**

**Applicants will be required to obtain a Police Check, and obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Clearance.**

The ICT Support Officer will support the IT equipment and services within the IT Infrastructure section of the department. The role undertakes challenging work, utilising functional expertise within the area of ICT support.
- _The aim is to create a resilient, insightful and secure platform for all users. Collaborating with fellow members of the support team, this contract will focus around;
- Analysing business requests to identify solutions
- Install, configure, test and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
- Resolve issues reported by the team
- Receive, check and process purchase requests and verify incoming and outgoing goods against records.
- Keep documentation up to date.
- Build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Communicate effectively and professionally.
- Perform additional duties or assume responsibility of functions as directed from time to time.
- Experience supporting IT systems, services and processes.
- Procured standard services or "commercial-off-the-shelf" items where routines, methods and procedures are well established.
- Coordinated the shipping, auditing, and tracking of goods and assets.
- Ability to conduct simple logístical functions such as: contribute to logístical planning, stocking and disposal operations.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Delivered high quality results in numerous environments
- Effective communication skills, especially whilst liaising with stakeholders
- Conducted research to contribute new ideas and identify opportunities for business efficiency improvement.
- Demonstrated personal integrity whilst achieving results within legislative and policy parameters.
- Worked in an ITIL environment
