**The Job**:
As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will work closely alongside the L&D Specialist to review the quality of client interactions carried out by call centre agents to ensure that all clients receive an exceptional and informative response in line with the brand. This includes:

- Help create clear measures of success at individual, team and department level
- Manage required reporting and metrics, highlighting key trends, gaps in process and areas of improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience
- Identify process gaps and work with the team and key stakeholders to develop possible solutions and improvements
- Conducting training for new starters

1) You will have previous QA experience and be looking for a new environment

2) You are currently a call centre agent within stockbroking / investments and looking to progress your career into a QA role.

**Additionally, you will have**:

- Exceptional client service skills with outstanding communication, both written and verbal. **Mandarin and English Required**:

- High level attention to detail.
- An interest in stockbroking, with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Intermediate to advanced Word and Excel.
- A strong team player approach and the desire to assist others.
