We have an exciting role that has become available to join a long standing team and leading brand in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. This Agency value their team and will reward hard work and dedication with flexibility and no micro-management.

This role is perfect for someone with a background as an EA/PA in Real Estate or another corporate environment that is skilled at building relationships, has an eye for detail and a passion for Real Estate.

**The Role will include but not be limited to...**
- Diary management, scheduling meetings & appointments
- Coordinating Directors Campaigns and other marketing collateral
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Database management
- Assisting with Auctions, Opens & Inspections
- Managing correspondence & other ad hoc duties as required

**Required**
- **Drivers Licence and Own Transport**:

- Previous experience in Real Estate or Corporate background - **Highly desireable**:

- Exceptional Personal Presentation & Organizational Skills
- Previous experience in Property Sales - **Highly desirable**
