OUR CLIENT Our client is a leading Australian Government agency, delivering highly complex technology and cloud programs that support national priorities.
They operate in a fast-paced, secure environment and partner with senior executives, industry stakeholders, and technical teams to drive impactful outcomes.
ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking multiple Project Support Officers with NV1 security clearance to join their expanding program team for an initial 12-month contract with view to extend for a further 24 months).
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on critical cloud transformation projects, supporting governance, reporting, and delivery within a high-performing environment.
You will: Support large and complex technology programs using Agile methodologies (sprint planning, reporting, record keeping).
Provide high-quality secretariat services for governance forums (agendas, minutes, actions).
Assist with risk, issue, change, and quality management processes across programs.
Draft executive briefs, reports, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and cross-team collaboration.
Manage Objective and GovTEAMS administration, including records management.
Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to continuous process improvement.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA NV1 security clearance (minimum).
Certification/training in Project Management (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile SCM, or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience working as a Project Officer on large-scale, Agile-based projects.
Experience supporting program/project boards and governance forums.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA Experience working in a national security or government environment.
Skills in commercial cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and GovTEAMS.
