**Fluid Finance Group** is a boutique Mortgage Broking practice located in Subiaco. **About You**:

**The Opportunity**:
Your main objective will to provide comprehensive broker support services to the Director and client base whilst assisting with general administration support and annual leave cover when required.

**Working full time hours, your main duties will include**:

- Comprehensive use of Mercury Nexus CRM systems.
- Use of lender broker portals.
- Generate and provide Property Reports to clients.
- Process Cash Deck invitations.
- Order bank valuations.
- Follow loan enquiry workflow through use of Mercury tasks.

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- 5 years previous experience in banking, broking or broker support.
- Experience with Connective software and systems is advantageous.
- A Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management or similar will be highly regarded.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- A genuine desire to work as part of a small close-knit team.
- Ability to problem solve on your own and achieve positive outcomes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
