This is a full-time position as Small Animal Department Supervisor. You will report to Store Management on a daily basis to ensure the smooth operation of your department. You will also be required to have flexible availability to work within a 7 day roster which will include some weekends and public holidays. Some of the specific responsibilities will include:

- Manage and train a small team within a large pet store environment
- Be able to communicate and motivate your team
- Utilise your strong computer skills
- Husbandry and welfare of all animals in the department
- Understanding and maintaining good stock control for the department
- Having superior customer service skills
- Being self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure

- Demonstrated previous experience in a supervisory role
- Have successfully managed stock levels
