**Job Overview**:
**The primary objective of the role is to manage the hired tank fleet to maintain continuous supply of bulk chemicals on time in full for delivery to production Assets at the required date in a safe manner compliant with customer standards, relevant legislation and regulations,**:
**The Offshore Tank Fleet Controller role encompasses the procurement, transportation, certification, repair and management of bulk production chemical and waste tanks used by all Woodside assets in support of the supply of bulk chemicals from key vendors and disposal of waste from offshore assets.**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Tracking of bulk chemical tanks to ensure that tanks are available when required to fulfill chemical demand
- Management of chemical tank maintenance, repair, and certification through OEG
- Optimising tank fleet to minimise hire cost
- Movement of chemical and waste tanks from OEG to Vendor locations and vice versa
- Coordinating disposal of waste and residual chemicals
- Reviewing of invoices for chemical tank services for final processing and approval by customer
- Continually informing operational divisions, production materials teams and third parties of tank availability, changes and bulk chemical deliveries
- Help correct and track POs

**Safety Responsibilities**
- Adhere to company Safety policies, procedures and rules and follow safe work practices.
- Participate in team consultation meetings to discuss workplace safety in the department
- Report any hazards as soon as you notice them and participate in risk assessments as requested. Assist in the identification of control measures to eliminate or minimize the risk of injury.
- Attend OHS training as required.
- Wear personal protective equipment as required for various tasks and report any worn out or defective equipment.
- Participate in OHS activities such as inspections, investigations, OHS meetings as required from time to time.

Key qualifications:

- Five years relevant logistics industry experience
- A strong safety focus
- Business acumen and skills that will allow you to provide value to your customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an accomplished communicator
- Ability to work in a multinational, multidisciplinary team yet be self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Personal drive and tenacity for quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent computer skills
