**What this job involves**:
Due to our continued business growth in Western Australia, JLL is excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for an Analyst to join our Logistics and Industrial team.
This role presents an excellent chance to support and contribute to the team's success in driving financial performance and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update financial and valuation models using industry-standard tools to assess property values and investment potential for individual properties and portfolios
- Create, update, and optimise property listings across multiple platforms to maximise visibility and engagement
- Oversee the creation and management of property marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to produce comprehensive, high-quality property marketing reports
- Take ownership of pitch document preparation, ensuring top-quality content and presentation for client proposals
- Research, collect, and analyse sales data to create detailed sales analyses, supporting informed decision-making and market insights
- Assist in the preparation of market research reports and property performance analyses to support client advisory services
- Contribute to the team's business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Property, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (current students in final year considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling reports and presentations
- Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interest in the commercial property industry, particularly the Industrial market sector
- Knowledge of property valuation methodologies and market analysis techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
