Cyber Security Strategist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Strategist to join our team for a 12-month engagement supporting critical infrastructure.

This full-time consulting role involves providing strategic and technical guidance across multiple security projects, with a primary focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

  • Provide architectural guidance and advisory services across up to six projects at any one time.
  • Lead and advise on Data Loss Prevention strategy, policy, and implementation approaches.
  • Offer expert input into network security and general cyber security best practices.
  • Advise on cloud security initiatives within Azure.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering Data Loss Prevention projects in complex environments, strong generalist cyber security knowledge, and exposure to Azure cloud security and related project consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to align security measures with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Cyber Security Manager and work alongside 3-5 other Security Advisors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering Data Loss Prevention projects in complex environments.
  • Strong generalist cyber security knowledge, particularly in networking principles.
  • Exposure to Azure cloud security and related project consulting.
