Work visa will be provided for this role
Expected salary: $35 - $40 per hour
This is an immediate start position
Staff Management:
Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising cafe staff, including baristas and wait staff.
Customer Service:
Ensuring excellent customer service, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.
Inventory Management:
Ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and controlling costs.
Financial Management:
Monitoring daily expenses and revenues, managing budgets, and tracking financial performance.
Operational Management:
Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Menu Planning:
May be involved in developing and updating the menu.
Marketing and Promotion:
May be involved in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Maintaining a welcoming environment:
Creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for customers and staff.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Problem Solving:
Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during daily operations.
Team Leadership:
Motivating and guiding the team to deliver excellent service.
Reporting:
Preparing financial and operational reports as required.
Skills Required:
Leadership and Management:
Ability to motivate and lead a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
Customer Service:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and handle complaints effectively.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
Financial Acumen:
Understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and basic financial principles.
Food Safety and Hygiene:
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Time Management:
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing situations and customer needs.
