Wesfarmers Health includes over 70 company-owned Priceline stores, 400+ Priceline pharmacy franchise stores and 89 Clear Skincare clinics and is also a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical goods. In 2023, the Health division expanded its digital and medical aesthetics offering with the acquisitions of telehealth provider InstantScripts, as well as the SILK Group, who operates a network of around 140 wholly-owned, joint venture and franchised clinics. During this year, they also became majority stakeholder of digital health company, SISU Health. The division employs more than 3600 team members.
**What you'll do**:
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current Replenishment, Pharmacy Business Development, Supply Chain and Distribution Centre processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects from conception through implementation and sustainability
- Design and implement robust measurement systems to track operational performance
- Develop training programs to support continuous improvement methodologies
**What you'll bring**:
- Extensive experience in continuous improvement, preferably from a manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or warehousing operations background.
- Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI) and statistical process control.
- Familiarity with automation, emerging technologies
- Flexibility for regular interstate travel and frequent work across our distribution centre network.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
