In FY25, Regis expects to produce between 350 thousand and 380 thousand ounces of gold and has a current market capitalisation of around A$3.6 billion.The current mine site locations are in the Northeastern Goldfields of WA, with multiple mining operations both open pit and underground.

On occasion, the Leading Hand may act as an alternate to the Electrical Supervisor.This is a site based role, FIFO 8:6 roster (ex-Perth).
About the RoleWork scheduling and supervision of electrical tradespersons in maintenance activitiesAllocating maintenance coverage for breakdownsInspecting the workplace for hazards and promoting safe work practicesResolving on the job work issuesInstructing team members in work practicesEnsuring work procedures are followedRelieving team members in the work place as requiredEnsuring requisite materials, including safety equipment, are available to team membersReferring unresolved issues and problems to the Supervisor.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouElectrical Trade certificationCurrent WA electrical licenceSignificant demonstrated experience in a fixed plant mining environmentWHS Legislation statutory knowledgeManagement, health and safety and human resources focusedTask prioritisation, time management for self and direct reportsS26 exposure, certificate or ability to obtain certificateHold a valid manual driver's licence.Why Regis Resources?
