Our Ballarat Head Officehas an opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager to joinour Finance team.

About the Role: As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving equipment sales by optimizing financing solutions and fostering strong relationships with both our internal sales teams and external financial partners.
This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your financial acumen to influence strategic decisions and contribute directly to the success of Brandt Finance.
Job Duties: Facilitate equipment sales by optimizing financing solutions.
Cultivate relationships with sales teams and external financial institutions.
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements to provide actionable insights.
Evaluate credit bureaus and deliver informed recommendations for credit decisions.
Drive achievement of sales and market share targets to ensure sustained success for Brandt Finance.
Stay abreast of competitive developments to uphold Brandt Finance's commitment to superior products.
Other duties as assigned.
About You 3-5 years of direct experience in equipment finance, with a proven track record in structuring financing solutions and managing financial risk within a commercial setting.
A solid understanding of the equipment sales industry, including familiarity with financing structures, credit evaluation, and regulatory requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with sales teams, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
You possess strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting financial statements, assessing credit risk, and providing strategic recommendations.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at building productive relationships to achieve common goals.
Prior Brandt group experience would be considered an asset.
