Part-Time Loan Processor / Broker Administrator
Location:Lara, VIC (on-site, with potential hybrid flexibility)
Hours:Part-time (approx. 20 hours per week, flexible)

About the RoleWe're looking for a part-time Loan Processor / Broker Admin to support our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to build skills in the finance industry.
Prior mortgage broking experience is not required, training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and managing loan files from application through to settlement
Collecting, verifying, and uploading client documentation
Liaising with lenders, conveyancers, and clients to progress applications
Managing compliance checks and record keeping
Responding to client calls and emails
General office administration and organisation
This role is focused on administration and loan processing support, but offers plenty of opportunity to grow your knowledge of the mortgage industry in a supportive environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with numbers and documents
Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn new systems
