**What you'll be doing in this role**:
In your role you will provide and promote leisure activities that will engage resident participation. Bring your innovative and creative style to develop recreational activities that both stimulate and provide entertainment for all residents. You will build strong relationships with our residents through encouragement, activity engagement and communication.

**To be successful will need**:

- Current First Aid certificate
- Completed a Certificate III or above in Aged care or Lifestyle (desirable)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative mindset
- Previous experience working with the elderly
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills
- Demonstrated organisation skills
