Job Description:

As a Leisure and Lifestyle Team Leader, you will be responsible for engaging residents with innovative leisure activities that promote participation and entertainment. You will develop recreational programs that stimulate and delight, while collaborating with a supportive team in a happy environment.

The Role:

This part-time position (32 hours per week) offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team, with a great culture and onboarding program. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who can implement innovative programs and provide excellent customer service.

  • A Certificate III in Leisure and Health (or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to implement innovative programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
