**Hey, before we hit the nitty gritty **

**So, here's the low down.**

As a Kolmean (that's what we call our team members), you'll have both a job title, like Delivery Manager, and a **squad**. Together, you'll tackle spicy challenges, like how to streamline payments between tenants and owners, for example. Or how to save property managers time in their day-to-day tasks using AI. You'll have tasks that you're responsible for on your own, as well as tasks you'll contribute to as part of larger company-wide projects.

**Here's what we're looking for**

**A day in the life of a Kolmeo Delivery Manager**
- Coordinate and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning and sprint retrospectives for the team
- Provide visibility of team status and issues to senior management and other business stakeholders
- Provide vision and direction to team members
- Communicate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders
- Lead delivery activities in PI planning

**To hit this job out of the park, you MUST have**:

- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), including the artefacts, practises, and systems
- Previous experience in a similar role in a software development (preferably SAAS product) environment.
- Expertise in planning, prioritising conflicting requirements (support and new feature), and scheduling releases.
- Experience in negotiating business requirements and priorities with business stakeholders up and C-suite
- Experience in coaching team members
