Please note that this job position is not in Perth, but for a Club Manager in the Outback of Australia in either NT, QLD, NSW, SA or WA.
**Description**:
As a Club Manager you will be able to directly share your knowledge, collaborate with community members and enjoy some of the most remote parts of Australia. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a community club. Accountable for fostering prosperous relationships with store committees to drive profitable outcomes for the local community, which is achieved through effective store operations and high-level customer service. To accomplish this, this position will ensure effective implementation and management of Outback Stores retail operations, policies and procedures as well as develop local store initiatives.

**To be successful in the role you will have**:
Outback Stores desire our Club Managers, to have a range of skills that are transferable to our team environment, this includes:
Three years plus within retail and hospitality particularly in pubs/clubs.
Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and mentor.
Sound stock Rotation and cash handling experience.
- Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control, inventory, and stock control.
- Experience in mentoring, training, and leading a diverse team.
- Effective cross-cultural collaboration.
- Knowledge of rostering and staff allocation.
- Sound customer service and relationship building skills.
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new software.
Must have a manual driver's license.
