**About the role**:
**Big Rock Toyota** (part of Eagers Automotive) is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an
**Assistant Service Manager** in
**Balcatta.**

This role would ideally suit an experienced Service Advisor/ Senior Technician/ Workshop Controller/ Foreman looking to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is to assist in providing the best possible service to customers while simultaneously maintaining an efficient and profitable operation of the service department.
- Maintaining positive customer and employee relations
- Maintaining cost control over tools, equipment, subtle repairs and supplies
- Operating the workshop at optimum capacity
- Complying with OHS policies and procedures
- Toyota experience preferred but not essential
- Exceptional customer service attributes
- Lead by example work ethic
- Be someone that people look to for leadership & direction
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
