**About the Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to assist a 34-year-old male client in **West Ryde**.

**Shift Times**:

- **Mornings**: 8am-11am (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday)
- **Evenings**: 5pm-8pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the client with following his morning and evening routines
- Provide prompts for cooking meals and completing personal care and household tasks
- Accompany the client on walks to encourage physical activity
- Collaborate with allied health professionals such as dietitians and occupational therapists to support the client in achieving his goals

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a support worker or similar role is preferred
- Ability to follow routines and provide gentle prompts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual

**Essential Licenses**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality Safety and you
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver's License
- Comprehensive Insurance on your vehicle
