Ownership of the month end process, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the balance sheet, P&L, and cashflowPrepare statutory financial statements for ANZ businessPrepare weekly cash flow forecastsAssist in budgeting and forecasting processOverseeing of company reconciliations and cost allocations for consolidation processProvide and present financial insights to key internal stakeholdersPartner with department leads to conduct ad hoc analysis and lead process improvement initiativesMaintain external relationships with auditors and tax authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsPrepare and review BAS, FBT, and tax returnsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior accountants while acting as "go-to" person for the Finance Manager and non finance stakeholdersTo be successful, you will be CA/CPA qualified, have trained in Big 4 or a mid tier chartered accounting firm with 3-5 years of experience gained in both practice and a large, complex commercial organisation.
